AKPS Nidhi Limited

AKPS Nidhi Limited is established to balance individuals’ needs with those of the community as a whole to encourage individual empowerment within the structure of membership and being responsible to the group. Our values and principles are ideated to support the growth of society with the combined effort through empowerment and shared ownership between community and us.
“Nidhi” means a company which has been incorporated as a Nidhi with the object of cultivating the habit of thrift and savings amongst its members, receiving deposits from, and lending to, its members only, for their mutual benefit, and which complies with such rules as are prescribed by the Central Government for regulation of such class of companies. The Central Government may by notification direct any of the provision of this Act shall not apply of shall apply with some exceptions, modifications and adaptation specified in the notification to any Nidhi company. AKPS Nidhi Limited founding members and is currently operational in the state of Karnataka The NIDHI is backed with members from variety of backgrounds, community, social status and age group, making it one of the most versatile organizations currently functional.AKPS NIDHI LIMITED. Nidhi Company registered® under Pursuant to Sub-Section (2) of section 7 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rule of 8 of the companies (Incorporation Rules, 2014) is regulated by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and its rules.

What is "NIDHI"

“NIDHI” has launched by the Union Government (National Initiative for Developing and Harnessing Innovations (NIDHI) is an umbrella programme conceived and developed by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, for nurturing ideas and innovations (knowledge-based and technology-driven) into successful start-ups). RBI also issues some directives for the governance of this company. It is form of a public limited company.
